I challenge you. At least 30 minutes. I am going to do my Tae Bo video and then jump rope… what are you going to do?

LOL. You can do it! 30 minutes isn’t even that long when you get started so I’m kicking you in the rear and saying that you need to do it!!! You’ll feel ten times better after you do it, promise!

Great! You do you treadmill and I will do the Tae bo! I understand the 30 minutes sounds like 3 hours thing! My arms are killing me from doing push ups! Whoever invented them needs to be shot! LOL, but you can do it hon! Just focus! I try to listen to music…what kind do you like? I like country, but when I am exercising, it has to be really upbeat. I sing a long( or mouth the words since I usually can’t breathe!!) and it helps the time go by! I am going to check with you tomorrow and see how you did! Have a great night!! :)

You owe it to yourself to get up and move around! I don’t care if you only jog in place, its better than sitting around and when you are all done you will feel great about yourself and be back online blogging about how much better you feel and handing out thank yous!! Now go do the right thing ;)

If you don’t do at least 30 minutes today… It will just be harder tomorrow. If nothing else, throw your favorite CD in the player & DANCE for 30 minutes. It’s a new day.. celebrate! Don’t give up or give in. You can do it.

Yep…gotta have my music! Right now I have Mercy Me in the player.
Glad Ive got some butt kickers :D At some point I will do this of my own doing…right now I need the push. Thanks buddies! I wont let you or me down!

ok, for every minute less than 30 you do on the treadmill, I’m gonna eat 1 donut…, please don’t make me eat 2 1/2 dozen… I’m sure that would make me very, VERY sick!

now, I KNOW you don’t wanna see me sick… so get on the treadmill!

deb…30 mins is nothing once you get started…just do it and see how good you are going to feel….

Ok missy, even though I wanted to sit outside on my backporch this afternoon and sip a cold beer I went for a 3 mile walk instead. I grunted and swore and complained when my right butt cheek muscle started hurting but I kept at it.

So now its your turn! Get at it!!

    *sigh*

    It ate my boot

LaTina… LMAO… I think that is the best! Deb, now THERE is a challenge. What do ya’ think..

    Tina cracks me up! Hahahahahahahahaha.

Debbie, you deserve time for yourself and doing something for yourself that will make yourself feel better. If you rest today, make up for it tomorrow.

I had my boot all ready… and then I realised that it’s probably too late at this stage… silly time zones!!! Hope you got a good workout in, will help you cope with everything going on.
